~ANNOUNCEMENT~
2007 Scourge of Norrath Award
Each year, on the occasion of our guild anniversary, we award the Scourge of Norrath medal to one Disciple. The medal is only awarded once per year after a guild-wide vote and acceptance by the guild leaders. It is given yearly to the all around best member of the guild - the member who has done the most for all of us.
The year's vote was unanimous.
- This year's winner has been a member of the Discipleship since August, 2005.
- She accepted a leadership position at a time when we really needed motivated people to help us organize and make decisions on the direction and management of the guild, and has been an invaluable officer and friend.
- She built our Lyceum in Kelethin, reorganized it and added to it when more rooms were added, and moved it entirely manually when Lyceum was moved to the Lectern space. If you have seen the contents of that space, you know what a huge job that was.
- She was far and away the most active participant in scheduling, organizing, and executing the first annual Festival of Discord: a multi-day, multi-guild event. She even secured GM support for the event in the form of tents, stages, etc., even though these were pulled at the last minute because SOE had its people working on another project at the same time.
- She was recognized this past year for her excellent RP storytelling and was featured on EQ2 Players for her story "My Love, a Turtledove" in the Traveller's Tales SOE forum.
- She is very well-respected and well-liked as a player and roleplayer by players from factions and guilds across the entire server.
Therefore, Lord Axxon and Lady Urdis
